How many classes do you have weekly?

-Usually twice a week

How long does a course last?

-30 weeks with two weekly classes. A student is supposed to attend 60 teacher-led classes, with 8-9 classes a month and accomplish 30 home tasks in the blog. The teacher marks attendance and checks home work.

How often does a student get home tasks?

Home tasks are usually given once a week. The whole course (60 classes) includes 3o home tasks.

How does a kid get enrolled in a group?

-When we have kids enrolled in groups we take into account their proficiency level (starters, continuing (with 2 sublevels) and advanced), the age of the student (7-9 years old) (10-11 years old) (12-13 years old) and (14-17 years old), and the time that is convenient for the kid to attend classes.

Are classes in the same group at the same time every week?

-Yes. For example, your child is enrolled in group “Cats”. That group has its fixed schedule: on Tuesdays at 5 pm GMT and on Thursdays at 7 GMT. This schedule will remain unchanged during the whole course.

Do kids have one or different teachers in their group?

-Usually, classes are led by the same teacher, but sometimes one group may have two teachers, for example, on Tuesdays, there is one teacher and Thursdays there is another teacher.

If the kid misses a class, can she reschedule the class for another day or another month?

-Because we have only group classes you cannot reschedule missed classes. You pay a monthly subscription for classes in a specific group. However, during the month you paid for you may join a different group if there are available places. You need to give us a 3 day notice about your wish to change a group.

Technical issues

What should I do if I can't hear the sound during a class or if nobody can hear me?

- check if the headphones, speakers or microphone are plugged properly
- check if you are connected to the audioconference
- if it didn't help, log out and log in back again to the class

What should I do if I see that the class (meeting) “Not started”?

The teacher opens a meeting not earlier than 5 minutes before the class starts. Go back to your personal page on Kids Webilang, click on the meeting link and try to log in again.

Why can't I access home tasks? 

  1. You haven't registered on the site. Please do it. 
  2. You haven't logged in under your name. Please do it. 
  3. You haven't made payment on time. If you failed to do that, your child is temporarily suspended from the group. Please make a payment and your child will be enrolled in the group again and will get access to home tasks. 

What if I can't make a payment on the site? 

-check if your have enought money on your card. 

-check if your card is in the Visa or MasterCard system
